Exellent sectional, lots of configurations, very confortable - we wanted something decidedly contemporary, but very comfy for be the main TV couch. The seat is very deep and medim firmness, the back cusions are very soft - I love sitting in the corner of the sectional. If you prefer a sofa that you sink into when you sit, this is not one of those - you do sink into the backrest, but not the bottom cushion. Sofa arm, which you can not see in any pictures on the website, is narrow and is split in the middle - I love the look of it, gives a bit of a unique appearance.
Customer service on the phone was great. Delivery was a bit slow in my view (production was according to estimate, but shipping took nearly 2 weeks after the sectional was received at their warehouse in Florida), but still much better than local furniture shops that were promising 3 months wait along with 20%-30% higher price and sales tax.
White glove delivery was flawless - placed onto the second floor as requested, discarded packaging, very corteous drivers.
Will order from Bari again.

I am really pleased to find this piece online because it was so much more affordable than comparable sets I have seen in stores. I was nervous that the quality was not going to be up to par, but when it arrived I was more than happy.
