Excellent! Everything I had imagined and better! First piece of furniture I have ever bought online. Color was beautiful(Bronco) and very rich looking. The mattress not uncomfortable. I have slept on worse. Will work for my family. The seat cushions not to firm and not to soft. Great Buy!

Outstanding Quality and Appearance

The purchase of the Troon Leather Sofabed was the largest purchase I have ever made online, so I was quite apprehensive at the time I ordered. I read the reviews, and felt comfortable going ahead with the purchase. I received the sofabed yesterday, and can honestly say it is the highest quality piece of furniture in my home. The leather is soft and supple, and the quality of construction is exceptional. The estimate of delivery time is a bit overestimated, but the quality and appearance of the sofa is well worth the nearly 10 week wait. When I phoned Bari Furniture to check on my delivery date I spoke to a highly professional individual who was courteous and quite helpful. All in all I would rate this as on outstanding purchase and online experience! I would definitely purchase from Bari again!

A WONDERFUL SET

I looked everywhere in my local town for an solid all leather set and was unsuccessful. I was very afraid to order furniture unseen online but the furniture arrived looking just like the photographs and samples sent. I ordered the cordova leather in the midnight color. The leather is so rich looking and feels great. I was a little afraid that the metal studs would be busy looking but they where gorgeous and grounded the black leather. The ottoman could be a little larger but it gets the job done. The seat height is perfect for those whom don't want to sink down (and can't get up) into a seat. The seat seems to hug you and provide great back support. My set took a little longer than 4 to 6 weeks, it was right at 10 weeks but the wait was worth it. Overall the set is beautiful and seats extremely well. I strongly recommend the higher end leather. Great job Barileathers!

Well I will tell you , I got a lot of flack from my friends about ordering this furniture on-line. BUT, it is fabulous. I ordered Troon in Roma Bermuda. My friends and family are in awe. This experience was so much better than dealing with pushy salesmen. Brian, David and everyone else there responded almost immediately to any questions I had. These folks are really on the ball. I must also say that the attention to detail such as the nailhead trim is just beautiful. I have upholstered small pieces before with nailhead desigh but they paled in comparison. These nailheads are a dark brown with a sort of green catseye center. I have never seen anything like it. "Bravo Bari Furniture". I will never shop retail again. Thanks again, Pat from Pennsylvania

Troon Sleeper Sofa in Tulsa Cappacino

Got the Troon Sleeper Sofa about 3 months ago. It is wonderful..quality, comfort, all one would expect. Was skeptical of ordering online, and after seeing some bad reviews on searches of Bari Leather...but then I decided to order. I am not at all disappointed, and attribute the bad reviews to sometimes no one is satisfied. I would definately order from them again. Had it delivered with the white glove treatment, and the delivery guys were wonderful also. Cannot say enough about the great experience with Bari Leather, from order to delivery.

Our furniture was delivered yesterday, and it is absolutely exquisite, just beautiful, and the aroma...! The furniture is well-made with attention to detail, and it looks exactly like the online photo from which we made our decision. We could not be more pleased with the entire transaction, including professional customer service (the few times we called, we were quickly connected with someone knowledgeable, no computerized loops or being sent to voicemail boxes). Bari earns its outstanding reputation. Thank you!
