| Great Customer Service I order a set from Bari and it was Beautiful, Nice leather. Unfortunately it arrived with some damaged during manufacturing and shipping. I followed Bari's return policy and they handled everything. Brian was AWESOME during the entire return process. I would have purchased again from Bari but didn't want to wait again. | Even better than I had expected. I must say, that ordering a $3000 sectional off of the internet without even getting to have a “test seat” was pretty scary to say the least. I am the type to blow through a furniture store and only sit on a piece for 5 seconds and be able to tell if I like it or not, and I am very picky so none of this helped me to decide to order online. I had very specific dimensions that I was trying to fill with a leather sectional and after searching every local furniture store and not finding what I was looking for I turned to an internet search for leather sectionals and stumbled upon Bari Leather Furniture. I found the Tuscany Leather Sectional and the dimensions were perfect for my space and I loved the way it looked but I still wasn’t convinced. I read a lot of the customer reviews on other couches they had sold since there was not a review on the one I was interested in and this made me feel better because most every review was pretty positive. I called Bari and talked to someone about the couch and asked about quality and how long it would talk to get and all. They were very nice and very helpful and they informed me that this particular model would take more like 10-12 weeks. (It took the full 12 weeks) I decided to go for it. Best furniture decision I have ever made. It is even more beautiful and comfortable than I thought it would be. It is very heavy and seems to be very well made. I will go on to say that I now own the most beautiful sectional that I have ever seen. Rich thick dark leather, firm seat, super soft back rest, wooden legs and large nail heads on the front and sides make this piece even better that I had expected. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER HERE!! |

| Outstanding Quality and Appearance The purchase of the Troon Leather Sofabed was the largest purchase I have ever made online, so I was quite apprehensive at the time I ordered. I read the reviews, and felt comfortable going ahead with the purchase. I received the sofabed yesterday, and can honestly say it is the highest quality piece of furniture in my home. The leather is soft and supple, and the quality of construction is exceptional. The estimate of delivery time is a bit overestimated, but the quality and appearance of the sofa is well worth the nearly 10 week wait. When I phoned Bari Furniture to check on my delivery date I spoke to a highly professional individual who was courteous and quite helpful. All in all I would rate this as on outstanding purchase and online experience! I would definitely purchase from Bari again! |

I was quoted a 6-8 week delivery time and I received the sofa in less than 2 weeks. Great service! | Very pleased The whole process was exceptional. Bari emails you a weekly update and then again when the furniture is on the way. The color, measurements and pictures on the web site are exactly what we received and the furniture is VERY comfortable. We received a phone call 24 hours in advance of delivery, just as Bari had stated in their email. The two 'white glove' delivery guys were extremely careful getting it all into the house...as well as polite and professional. We would not hesitate to deal with Bari again. |

| Very comfortable! We purchased this chair because of my back problems. I am a 5'3" lady and most recliners are too big for me. I was unable to sit comfortably on our furniture because of my back. This chair seems to have lumbar support and fit my body nicely - even my husband liked it! Is the only chair I can sit in - LOVE IT! |

| A WONDERFUL SET I looked everywhere in my local town for an solid all leather set and was unsuccessful. I was very afraid to order furniture unseen online but the furniture arrived looking just like the photographs and samples sent. I ordered the cordova leather in the midnight color. The leather is so rich looking and feels great. I was a little afraid that the metal studs would be busy looking but they where gorgeous and grounded the black leather. The ottoman could be a little larger but it gets the job done. The seat height is perfect for those whom don't want to sink down (and can't get up) into a seat. The seat seems to hug you and provide great back support. My set took a little longer than 4 to 6 weeks, it was right at 10 weeks but the wait was worth it. Overall the set is beautiful and seats extremely well. I strongly recommend the higher end leather. Great job Barileathers! |

| Love This Sectional!!! We just received this sectional May 21st. It was worth the wait. We had seen the Viceroy collection in a local furntiure store, and were very impressed with the seating comfort, the excellent quality of the leather and construction of the piece itself. The Bari company is great to work with. The weekly updates are very beneficial, and the delivery was handled very efficiently. | Love this! I looked all over town to find leather sectional sofas and could not find good quality furniture so I went on line and found this company. I was a little worried to make such a big purchase on line! I had bari send me samples of the leathers for my furniture and when I saw the samples I was convinced. I received my furniture in perfect condition and the quality of the furniture is top notch. I love my furniture and get compliments every time guest come over. | Gorgeous Couch I put in a complaint on a different couch, but to be fair - these particular couches are gorgeous. The leather is fantastic (soft without being too slick) and the studding is subtle, but adds a little extra oomph. I am very happy with them. |

| I was apprehensive....I am so glad that I did. I just wanted to express my gratitude for a job well done. I was apprehensive about purchasing furniture online but after researching the information on the website I decided to go forward. I am so glad that I did. I purchased a large sectional with 3 recliners. The leather is perfect and the quality is second to none. This sectional has proven perfect for our family to be together to watch television and enjoy comfortably spending time with one another. I had a slight problem with one of the recliners but the customer support team stayed with me to get the problem resolved.
