Exceeded expectation!

I have to write this review for two reasons. First, we ordered two of the Grigio chairs and one ottoman. We have one of those kitchens with a sitting area and we thought these would fit well. I shop online ALL the time but was a little nervous buying these sight unseen. And to tell you the truth, there were some mixed reviews online about this company. I had just had a horrible experience with a different online furniture business, so I was VERY nervous. (I think my husband would have divorced me if this proved another fiasco.) The chairs and ottoman were delivered yesterday. They are beyond my wildest expectation. They look exactly as shown in the picture. Well, actually nicer than the pic. There's a bit of gradation in color, I guess the "washed" aspect that makes it feel like you've had the furniture for years. And the color is gorgeous. The quality is exceptional! The little bun feet come in a compartment under the chair. It's so ingenious! The leather is soft and of high quality. The furniture looks wonderful where we've placed it next to the fireplace. It has that old library chair, heirloom furniture look. The second reason I had to write the review is that my husband insists I comment on the quality of the packaging. He was blown away about how carefully the furniture was packaged. There were protective pieces of cardboard on the top of the chair that had felt on one side, the side touching the leather. There were little protective pieces of cardboard over the screws on the bun feet. Layers of cardboard, acres of protective wrapping. He's a critical and somewhat anal kind of guy and he was in amazement. I highly, highly recommend these guys! Diana

I cannot say enough about this sofa. We have had our sofa for over 6 months and it still looks and smells brand new ( I love the smell of new leather). With 2 kids and a dog I wanted a leather sofa that would hold up to wear and tear and this sofa is definitely doing the trick.
