Good service and quality, but merchandise has a bad style

I was so excited when the deliver guys came into my house. But once they opened the package, my heart just sank. I cannot believe how BULKY, PUFFY and dark the piece was. I admit I have an old 100-inch long couch which I did not want to retire yet. So my 15X18 family room looks a bit crowded with the old set and the new Aspen set (sofa, love seat, chair and ottoman). Besides, my old couch has a low seating, which makes Aspen look even higher. However, I must say among all the leather sofa I saw in stores and on the internet, NONE is as BULKY and PUFFY as Aspen. My husband likes the set. I do not dare to tell him that I don't, since I am the one who bought it. To return it would cost me $500! I agree that Aspen is comfortable and has high quality leather. But the style is just NOT very elegant. For one thing, each decorative nails is as big as a quarter!! If you are considering this set, please notice that it is VERY different from anything else on the market. If you like very bulky sofa, this is it. But if you want something more stylish and elegant, this may not be for you. I have all praises for Bari. But I am very disappointed by Leather Italia.

Great Service and Furniture

I can not say enough good things about your servie and your fine leather furniture! I received my Aspen sofa's Sunday evening, as promised by the delivery firm, in perfect condition! Not to mention the fact that although you clearly said "Expected Delivery" within the first two weeks of October, we received our order earlier than expected to our GREAT JOY. They are even more beautiful and decadent than we could have imagined from the web photo. Your weekly updates via email, although sad when they would say "Has not shipped yet", made me feel that keeping in touch with me was important to you. I appreciate that service. When I opened my weekly update and it said "You order has shipped", it was so bloody exciting! The delivery gent's were wonderful. Very helpful, understanding and professional all the way. Great Customer Service from bot Bari and HEP Delivery. I could not ask for more than the wonderful way you treated us. We've had some dissapointing online orders as of late (re-doing our family room completly), and so far you are the only one that not only met our expectations, but surpassed them! Good job! Now that my friends and family are green with jealousy over our gorgeous sofa's, I am more than just giving your name out, I am making come to the computer and pulling up your websight for them! You will have my future business without doubt! Thanks again for making our dream family room come together!

I received my sofa today. the delivery was excellent and the sofa is everything I expected and more. Very comfortable and well built. If you are looking for a wide sofa easy to get out of and very comfortable to lay on . THIS IS IT! I will recomend Bari Leather Furniture to anyone. Great Service. Thank you !!!!!!!!!!
